Perfiliate was purchased by AOL in early 2008 for a reported $150m, it has been suggested that today's sale to Digital Window will have been for a much lower amount.
Affiliate Window currently works with many major on-line and offline brands, within the UK. Buy.at also has an impressive list of clients, and also has offices in the US and Scandinavia.
The acquisition will enable Affiliate Window to further develop its market share, by utilising the technology and clients currently using the Buy.at platform
